How DPC Pricing Works
Instead of paying per visit, you pay a predictable monthly fee that covers:
Office visits
Virtual visits
Annual wellness planning
Chronic condition management
Direct communication with your doctor
This structure allows for longer visits and better access for a starting monthly price of $125/month for a single adult. No matter how many times you access care in that month the fee doesn't change.
What's Included in Membership
Your DPC membership includes:
Ongoing care coordination
Messaging access between visits
Priority, self scheduling of appointments
Unrestricted number of visits each month
Some services (labs, imaging, vaccines) are separate and are discussed in advanced, so you can choose to use insurance or shop around for discounted direct pay pricing options.
What DPC Does Not Include
Direct Primary Care is not insurance and does not cover:
Hospitalizations
Emergency Care
Specialist fees
Many patients keep insurance for these services while using DPC for everyday care.
DPC vs Concierge Pricing
Both memberships provide the same level of access and care. Concierge Care includes insurance billing when eligible; DPC does not.
