To ensure appropriate use of this service:
A maximum of two One-Time Medical Visits per patient within a 12-month period
Visits must be spaced at least 90 days apart
Non-controlled medication refills are limited to one visit per year
Concerns requiring repeat visits or ongoing monitoring are best managed through established care.
