Absolutely. Alma ICE is proven safe for all skin tones, including Fitzpatrick Type 6 (the darkest skin type). When performed correctly there's little to no risk of scarring or depigmentation even on the darkest skin tones.
Most clients see significant results in 6-8 sessions, depending on the area treated.
The hairs have to have pigment for the laser to work on them. The laser targets the pigment in the hair, taking the heat down to the follicle to kill it over a few treatments. So white/grey hairs aren't able to be properly targeted by the laser.
Most laser hair removal procedures are considered cosmetic and are thus not covered under traditional insurance plans. You might have the option to use HSA/FSA funds to cover the procedure, but YOU have to confirm that with your HSA/FSA servicer prior to the procedure.
